Finally the question on everyone’s mind seems to have found an answer. Mani Ratnam has opted to keep the scenes of Ranjitha. Mani was reportedly in a dilemma when video was released of Ranjitha in a compromising position with Nithyananda Swami. Ranjitha plays the role of Raavana’s sister-in-law in the Tamil version.
The movie is in the last stages of production and is expected to hit the screens on June 18th. The buzz is that Mani has approached Silambarasan to dub for Abhishek Bachchan in Tamil version of Raavan. Also the rumors are abuzz that four climax has been shot for the movie and no one is sure which of the climaxes Mani is use.
The movie is produced under the banner Madras Talkies and has Vikram, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead roles.
