No charges will be filed.
ABC has decided NOT to pursue a criminal case against Brown, and the NYPD will not investigate the matter if there is no complaining victim. So he's good.
Brown, who's on probation for beating up Rihanna (this is a fact, fans, not an attempt to tarnish his image), could've been in deep if charges were pressed.
Off the air, Chris Brown apparently went OFF. Without a criminal complaint, a judge won't rule that Chris - by all accounts a fine example of the corrections system, prior to the melee - violated probation.
No word if Chris will pay for the broken window he allegedly smashed with a chair before storming off shirtless, but it wouldn't be a bad move on his part.
He might want to throw in a nice fruit basket for Robin Roberts, especially since he approved her questions about Rihanna BEFORE freaking the f*%k out.
Wait ... sorry. He was AMBUSHED by her, according to some fans who somehow ignore the fact that he smashed a WINDOW and stormed off shirtless.

What,what? Im just stung by most of the comments that have been made about chris brown. Look people, do some of u all read very well? There wasnt no proof that he went into rage like that. I do believe that chris let off some stream in all but, i just knew that there was more to the damn story. Im thinking that GMA is full of it, if u know what i mean. All that damn time, to me and maybe other that this was a set up. Again chris and robin did have some agreement on what question that should be ask. Yeah right, robin did ask chris could she talk about rihanna and might have said yeah, but he only agreed on certain question to be ask. Instead of doing what was robin posted to do, she went over the damn agreement. Im very mad that most people really think this young man just all of suddly went in crazy rage for nothing. Wow he has anger issues, whatever! There wasnt no damn proof that chris went like GMA said he did. Come on people, would u think that he would be that stupid? Chris already is in hotwater.

When people say "it doesn't erase what Chris Brown did". Will God say the same thing about YOU when he has to judge YOU? Forgiveness is the key because, if you forgiven Chris Brown this would not bother YOU so much. It bothers YOU because forgiveness is not your portion therefore don't expect God to forgive YOU.

My teenage daughter wouldn't be buying any of his recordings... though, fortunately, she's not a fan. This young man has a very big problem, and it appears his anger management classes didn't help him. I feel sorry for the next young woman who is foolish enough to get involved with him. I think it's just a matter of time before he finds himself in really big trouble.

OH PLS! People use your common sense.. Why is it that People Let the Media Cloud up their sense of judgement. ABC are not Pursuing a Legal action because their is NOTHING to pursue.. everything that have been said about this Incident is based on bullshit, no proof, no evidence...ABC didn't even confirm the incident because it didn't Happen. This has been blown out of proportion by the media by using trickery words like rage, violent , meltdown. If he really had a meltdown and smash the window.. you guys really think ABC would not have released a official press statement to let the world know? I mean let's keep it real.The shit that happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna is so Stale that it's ridiculous that people still bring up.. considering all that is going on in the World right now. Let it go People .. Move the F*** On!

Chris Brown needs counseling and anger management! He also needs to fire everyone around him! This incident should have never happened. Period! It's funny how the people that say that they have his back got ghost when he threw the chair! Where were they when he picked it up?? Not sure if this was a publicity stunt for album sales or not, however I'm just tired of the media providing attention for such foolishness. There are more IMPORTANT issues that need attention. #wasteoftime

i find it hard to believe robin would ask those questions it is old news she wanted a reaction it was like something she had over him. it is old news he is trying to get on with his life . i am not a fan of his as i am old. but a big fan of robins .i wanted to wear my hair like hers so pretty i admire everything about her til now. does she want a jerry springer show? she should of known those questions were so upsetting i mean she had him on the spot when it happen 2 years ago and he said he was sorry did she want him to go thru it again ? very disappointed robin . i think what he did was one of the worst things a man can do but hasn't he paid. chris brown should never been ask that who are you to ask ? shame on you we already know what he did shame on you robin. like i say i am middle age farm housewife from kansas. and you robin apply for a job with jerry springer i am changing my morning news show after years of watching. you looked so high on your horse today yes robin it was not your fault yes robin you are the bigger person not turning him in for breaking a window o brother keep telling yourself that. one viewer done with the shock value you pulled hope you get viewers. but i see thru you.

Chris was very fortunate that GMA did not pursue a criminal investigation against him especially since he is already on probation. Hope he will get the help that he needs so that he can continue to progress.
