Former “Bachelorette” Jillian Harris chose Ed Swiderski to be her man on the season finale of the hit ABC show, but she says it took three to six months after the show ended for her to really fall for him. “Luckily with Ed, we are a lot alike, we have the same values, we have the same upbringing,” she told people.com. “I really fell in love with him after the show.” Now that the two have had a chance to get to know one another, Harris confirms that they’re planning to wed. “We are definitely in love and we definitely are going to be married,” she told the Web site. “We’re hoping it will be in the next year or two. We’re both excited.” Harris, who chose Swiderski over “Bachelor” Jake Pavelka, talked about Pavelka’s girlfriend Vienna Girardi, saying, “She’s a doll. I like her as a person,” she says of the new couple. “I saw how she brought out a better side of him.” The newest “Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky gets her chance at love when the show returns Monday, May 24 on ABC.
